Volcano Motorsport confirms Leonov and aims at fielding two cars‼️🌋🌋

Volcano Motorsport is ready for a third full-season in the GT Cup Europe. The squad based near Barcelona, founded and led by Andrei Tkachenko, is ready to be again a front-runner player with its orange Porsche 992 Cup and faithful driver Evgenii Leonov. The Russian-born driver finished 5th in the overall standings in both 2023 and 2024, fighting for the title and clinching a memorable win at the Spa 500 in 2023. This year, Volcano aims at fielding a second car, for which negotiations are still underway. Andrei Tkachenko explains: “GT racing is now the core focus of Volcano’s activity and it makes perfect sense to double our presence in the GT Cup Europe by adding a second car alongside Evgenii’s. This could only be beneficial for the team’s ambitions.”
