What a thrilling day at the Moulay El Hassan track in Marrakesh for the FIA TCR World Tour! The event was filled with action, and we’ve got some exciting updates from Race 2 to share with you all. Sami Taoufik who, starting from P14, made sure all of us and Morrocan fans had an very exiting race to watch. Great start and some overtaking on lap 1 saw Sami following John into turn 2. Then there was some action and some incidents that both our drivers had been able to avoid. Most of the race Sami had been battling with the car of Mikel Azcona. With unfortunate touch at the last corner of the track that was investigated and declared as a racing incident. Sami had finished the race in P6 and got some good points. John Filippi showed his skill and determination. Starting from P6, John pushed through the competition to secure a fantastic P4 finish. His performance was solid, and it’s clear he’s one to watch as we move forward. As we finish up in Marrakesh, we’re really proud of how tough our team has been and everything we’ve learned.
