🏁 Race Recap from Vallelunga - FIA TCR World Tour🏁

This weekend marked our debut at the FIA TCR World Tour in Italy, and what a tough journey it was! Despite good tests before the race, our weekend at Vallelunga was quite unlucky. John Filippi started from P8 due to a small error in qualifying. He made a solid start in the first race but found himself boxed in by 3 cars from another team, finishing at P9. In the second race, starting from third (in the reversed grid), John was pushed off the track on the first lap by another competitor which lost him a potential podium finish. Sami Taoufic was even more unlucky, started the first race from P15 due to a penalty during qualifying. He had an amazing first lap, passing several competitors, but a small touch with another competitor led to a punctured front right tire. Sadly, in the second race, on the first lap, another competitor went off the track and hit and destroyed Sami’s car when re-entering the track.
