The first season with our Porsche 992 GT3 Cup

2023 was the first season for Volcano Motorsport in the GT Open Cup championship with our Porsche 992 GT3 Cup ☄️ For our driver and the team, it was a challenge with the new car in the new championship. Cars in GT Open Cup are rear-wheel drive, in TCR it's front-wheel drive 🏎️ In the begging of the season at the race in Portimao we had softer tires and for the race in Spa they were changed for harder compaund by organisers. Despite these changes, we managed to win the two-hour race in Spa. After that Lady Luck had left us and in the next three races in Paul Ricard, Monza and Barcelona our driver had accidents that didn’t allow us to fight for the win in this championship. This is how the life is sometimes, full of ups and downs. We took all the positives from this year, and we will come back stronger for the next season in 2024 🔥
